haha anyway, this is what i heard from my friends who studied econ. Yes it's true that there's not even a single building of Jusco/Tesco/Carrefour/Mydin in Sarawak (but if im not mistaken, there is Giant at Sarawak Plaza.lupa dah)
They purposely don't let them open a store here to give more opportunities for business run by Sarawakians.
That is why we can see Everrise-s, H&L-s and some other hypermarkets everywhere in Sarawak but no Jusco/Tesco
and other bigger companies seen in Peninsular. Even Gardenia is not available here. sad kan? haha.
