nah here's a post about how i celebrated my *cough*18th*cough* birthday this year.

yes, im getting younger. shaddapyou. (in denial)

(i) October 8th, 2011

my fb wall was flooded with bday greetings. for this i must thank Mark Zuckenberg, coz if it wasnt bcoz of him, none of my fb friends would know that it was my birthday. lol. terima kasih Encik Zuki (his Malay name). SMS-es pun banyak alahai thoughtfulnya korang. thankyou so much :))

see teng & arun even gave me a phonecall too that night just to wish me. hihi. and so did the high school besties :D adei supersweet thankyou again :))

since October is the rosary month, we had a small family gathering at my house in d kampung, rosary prayer n a small makan2 afterwards. i baked my own pistachio cake which turned out a bit salty coz silly me poured a whole packet of salted pistachio instead of the unsalted ones. FML. but d family loved it anyway so aal izz well :D

i didnt take any photos. actually there were some but i looked like shit. haha. partly because i was still mourning over my p2s1 so i really had no mood at all to celebrate my birthday & didnt even bother to dress up. i remembered telling my parents that i dont want any party for my birthday this year but they insisted to have one so i half-heartedly decided to bake my own cake coz i dont want to have a shitty cake loaded with tonnes of sugar & food colouring for my birthday.

trust me, the one i baked for myself was even shittier. hahaha. dahla salty, plain, no deco watsoever but at least it was palatable. tehehe. i dont even want any candle on it so yea i think now u understand how bad i dont want to celebrate my birthday this year.

apart from the shitty cake, everything else was great. Supersedap homecooked food by my mum, aunts & uncle. Some family members even came all the way from kuching in spite of their busy schedule to spend time with us n im really really thankful to have them around. i feel loved. tehahaha.

and thankyou to those who came n even get drunk. lol.

(ii) October 15th, 2011

 a week later, my high school besties threw a mini surprise party for me at the Waterfront siap ada bunga api. lol.

i only get to see them once/twice a year which is during my sem holiday so it was really fun to have them around on my birthday month :D i really wasnt expecting anything from them & i thought we were just having a normal dinner & kebetulan d usual place for our post-dinner lepak session is always at the waterfront so who would've thought they'd bring a cake n celebrate there? thankyou weii serious terharu :')

i got this really cute cow cake which tasted so good :))

Della pun patut datang but her friend suddenly had a hysteria attack so she was unable to join us for the night (T__T)

(iii) November 18th, 2011

a month later, we had d empat sekawan gathering (lol mcm ramai je) at arun's. Three of the empat sekawan sorang2 sneakily gone MIA pegi sign card when i wasnt looking. lol

n arun made this really yummy heart shaped caramel custard. *salin resepi*
