dua ketul lymph nodes yang palpable di tengkuk saya associated with nausea yang semakin teruk.
seketul right submandibular, seketul lagi left middle cervical.
the left one was previously tender on palpation. now not anymore, and dulu lagi besar (there was visible swelling on d left side of my neck)
d left one dah 3 weeks since i 1st noticed it, and im not sure how long it has been there all this while :(
then i realized i have another one on d right side last night.
both are non tender & mobile.
there is no fever, sorethroat, cough, night sweats whatsoever, only nausea. no vomiting.
i started feeling nauseous 2 weeks ago, every single time when i brush my teeth. Lately, whole day pun nauseous. even when there is no triggering factors at all eg. bad smell.
tengah mandi pun boleh rasa nak muntah =.=''
i can't even sleep in the bus to Muar anymore because of it.
differential diagnosis anyone?
